hi judith, ive been watching this material now for about 5 yrs.alot of info has been documented and i think it’s time to push this stuff to the next level.i watched your vid of the round house when u first posted itand thought why not panels i wish i could afford to come out there i see such a need now with low cost temporary housing.i have so many ideas just dont know how to make it happen
You’re right Dale. There is a great need for this type of technology. I’ve come a long way with my understanding of papercrete since I did that first video. I’m now working with a combination slip form and block method pf construction. The result is much more uniform and very strong since it is essentially a monolithic wall. The project I started in the fall will continue in a few weeks and I will be starting a new building and videoing the whole thing for a new DVD.
I too wish you could come out here. There is always a lot to do and may hands make the work light. I welcome your ideas and hope you will continue to email me. Thanks for the comment.
